Can I apply by email?
No. Email applications do not allow us to follow through in the most comprehensive manner. Please use the application form for the role you are applying for.
Can I apply to multiple jobs?
Yes, you can apply to multiple jobs, but only if they're closely linked and/or you have the right skills and qualifications. We suggest not applying for more than two jobs, or your application may be rejected.
I was interviewed/applied last year and wasn't selected. May I reapply?
If you applied for a position within the last six months but weren't selected, it's generally advisable to wait some time before reapplying. After a waiting period of six months or more, you can consider reapplying for the same or a similar role, making sure you meet the current requirements. Highlight any skill enhancements you've gained and express your continued interest in the company.
How long does the entire application process take?
The timeline for the recruitment process at InstaDeep varies based on several factors, such as the specific role you are applying for, your responsiveness, the volume of applications received, and other variables.

Submitting an application
Can I get referred for a job?
Yes! We encourage referrals for job openings to ensure the highest quality applicants. As a referred candidate, you should have a pre-existing working relationship with your InstaDeep collaborator, ideally lasting at least one year, or have actively studied together in a laboratory or research team. However, it's important to note that referrals should not be from friends or relatives. In fact, our collaborators' referral program follows specific guidelines, making all full-time positions eligible for referrals (excluding fixed-term, contractor, and internship positions). Referred candidates go through the same evaluation process as other applicants, ensuring fairness and consistency.
I don't live where the job opportunity is. Can I still apply?
It depends. Generally, we require that all candidates have the right paperwork and work permit to work in the country where the job they applied for is based.

Is it possible to speak to or contact a recruiter before applying to a job posting?

Do you offer remote work?
The possibility of working remotely at InstaDeep is contingent upon the nature of the job and the composition of the team you will be joining. While some teams operate in a globally distributed manner, allowing for remote work, there are instances where on-site presence is required based on project requirements. Our priority is to ensure that our teams can effectively collaborate and deliver results while considering the specific needs of each project.

How can I move to different roles within InstaDeep?
In the fast-paced tech industry, we continuously invest in our skills and provide ample resources for career growth and mobility through regular career conversations, ensuring that our team members stay ahead and adapt to the ever-evolving landscape.
What formal learning opportunities does InstaDeep offer?
We provide formal learning opportunities to our employees through bi-annual assessment campaigns held in August and January. As part of our commitment to continuous learning, we also collaborate with platforms such as Coursera, Udacity, and Pluralsight. We offer the exciting opportunity for collaborators to apply for a yearly subscription to Coursera, which grants access to a wide range of technical and non-technical courses. This subscription complements the training and assessment discussed or proposed during the Personal Development Review (PDR).
