InstaDeep is pleased to reaffirm its support for AI Expo Africa for the third consecutive year, as Silver sponsors of the event.  The continent-wide, virtual Expo is taking place on 7-9 September, and is the largest business-focused AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) trade event in the region.

Over 5,000 delegates are expected to attend the Expo, which combines more than 80 speakers and 40 hours of talks via a 4 track speaking programme covering innovation and strategy, platforms and processes, case studies and technology demos.

InstaDeep co-founder and CEO Karim Beguir will be presenting a talk on “Powering Drug Discovery and Protein Research with Artificial Intelligence” on September 7th at 4pm (GMT+2). He will be showing how artificial intelligence can be used to save time, lives and money in drug and vaccine discovery. All delegates are invited to attend the session.

The company will also have a virtual booth where visitors can ask questions, learn about recruitment opportunities and interact with InstaDeep staff throughout the 3 days; as well as an article about MAVA in the exclusive event publication “Synapse” (pages 36-37). MAVA is InstaDeep’s innovative multi-agent reinforcement learning framework, and was created by an all-African team.

Synapse magazine chronicles 4IR as it unfolds in Africa and plays a vital part in connecting the members of this rapidly growing trade and innovation community across the region. With a global readership, it puts Africa centre stage with a clear focus on the African 4IR innovation and business narrative.

Registration to AI Expo Africa is free and the whole event is being managed via a dedicated event platform to ensure delegates can easily find and attend all the sessions they are interested in.  For more information and to register your place, please visit www.aiexpoafrica.com
